Hello 👋 from the UK. Just reading through your profile and wow, I can’t imagine seeing hummingbirds in my own garden! You’re so lucky. I get lots of birds like blue tits, great tits, robins, blackbirds, sparrows which are all beautiful to see but not quite as exotic as a hummingbird. Greetings from Thorp,Wisconsin! First of all congratulations on 42 years of marriage! my wife and I have been married 18 years and I look forward to making it to 42 and beyond.
We have a few things in common first I also live in a small town of 1,600 people. I grew up in Oklahoma in the country and have always lived in small towns. I agree with you on on the temperature I keep our thermostat set a a constant 65 degrees
I also joined swap bot to swap postcards. I just joined last week so I haven't swapped any yet. I enjoyed reading your profile. Have a wonderful day!

Thanks for the Purple Finch you sent my way for the Postcard Roulette! I didn't know about the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge, but now I want to visit it some day. :) I love all her books, and I hope you enjoy reading her as well!
I also just realized after looking at your mail again (Poetry / Breeze) that you're from Maine. I was born and raised in Kennebec county. I enjoyed reading over you profile just now, and I appreciated getting one of the new Maine statehood stamps. I don't collect stamps anymore, but, as with the state quarters, the Maine one is a keeper. :)
